AUCTIONS – Selling at auction is one of the oldest and most effective methods for liquidating your estate property. Let ECFA maximize gross sales and profits on the contents of your estate through this time tested sales platform. At auction, there are no fixed prices, and competitive bidding determines the eventual selling price of the item. Absolute auctions with no minimums or reserves, guarantee a complete liquidation of the contents of your estate.

  • On Site Live Auctions – When possible, onsite auctions are a great way of attracting local buyers, while keeping expenses low. Items are sold to the highest bidder and removed from the premises by the buyer.
  • Off Site Live Auctions – If an onsite auction is not possible, ECFA can safely move your estate contents to an auction hall venue. Large enough estates can be sold as a collection at one auction. Smaller ones can be combined with other quality estates and consigned merchandise to be sold online, or at one of our scheduled live auctions.
  • Online Auctions – Online auctions allow bidders from all over the world to view, bid on, and purchase your estate items and consignments. ECFA utilizes the online auction platforms of Live Auctioneers and Invaluable both in conjunction with our scheduled live auctions, and also to conduct online only auctions throughout the year.

 
ESTATE SALES – Estate sales or tag sales use a fixed price on each item. The first customer who confirms he or she is willing to pay the price, buys the item. Depending on the size of the estate, these can take 1, 2, or 3 days. Prices on items are decreased daily if they remain unsold. Unsold items at the end of the sale, can be donated to a charitable organization for a tax credit.

OUTRIGHT PURCHASE – Whether you are the owner, the trustee of an estate, a realtor, or anyone else who has the responsibility of liquidating the contents of a residence or business, sometimes time is of the essence. ECFA is always interested in purchasing estates large and small, as well as fine individual items.

CLEAN OUTS – Even if it is determined that the contents of your estate have little or no resale value, ECFA still offers reasonable rates for clean out services. We promptly remove, and properly dispose of all contents, and leave the property in broom swept condition.
